We are in The Galena Commons, 70 N Walnut Street, Galena OH 43021. There is a large parking lot at the back of the building. You enter the building from the Walnut Street side stairway into double doors, turn to the right at the end of the hallway and up the stairs to the end of the hallway. There are signs showing the way.
Dress comfortably! That could depend on the weather and the type of class. We suggest dressing in layers to either warm up or cool down as needed. No shoes are needed for yoga but are required for the fusion class.
Being a water bottle and a mat. Everything else is provided in the studio.
We suggest starting with the Gentle Warrior class
No one under the age of 16 is permitted in our classes. We will have children’s yoga classes in the summer.
We currently do not have the capability to offer hot yoga but this could be possible later this year. We do keep our rooms at 70 degrees at all times and some classes we take it up to 76 degrees. You will definitely heat up but not as much as you do in an “advertised” hot yoga class
We have a strict policy of locking the door to the studio at the time of class and it won’t be unlocked until the end of class. This is out of respect to everyone else in the studio. Please be 5-10 min early to get ready for class.
There are cubbies in the entrance where you can store your belongings. No cell phones are allowed in the studio unless it is needed for emergency purposes. It must be turned off and turned down. No phone calls permitted during class.
We would appreciate if everyone stayed for the entire class and not leave during Savasana.
Please no talking during class.
